Hullo AB
Your profile photo suggests that you are an infant, if not in reality, at least in wistfulness.  Success is a difficult subject to tackle even for 'old souls', hence your take on it may not sound convincing to all.
Hindu thought divides human endeavour into four streams, namely, moksha, dharma, artha, and kaam.
Human limitation of thought and knowledge often restrict a thinker's view point to one ore two of these.  For those who rate moksha  as the most important the other three tend to lose their importance.  Kabir, by your standards, would be called a failure, Socretes an idler.
Unless you are a Dinetics convert, you may like to check out on Ron Hubbard.
Cheers
Sceptic
